1. The timer starts at a globally synchronized countdown.

2. Anyone can pay a fixed fee ($1.00) to:

• Add 60 seconds back to the clock.
• Become the new current holder. Their name, link, and logo instantly replaces the previous holder's on the homepage.

3. If the timer hits zero with no new payment, the current holder becomes the permanent Winner for that round.

4. A new round starts fresh.
